Value Holidays has vast experience in customizing
music performance tours. We specialize in handling high school,
college and adult bands, choirs, orchestras, jazz bands and almost
every other musical group one can imagine. We make all of the arrangements
including air transportation, hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing
and, of course, musical performances. Our goal at Value Holidays
is to customize the BEST musical group travel experience for your
group’s needs.

What Information is Necessary?
If you are a group leader, band director, teacher or in any other
capacity of developing a music group to Europe, we will need the
following information from you:
- If air transportation is necessary, which departure city is
most convenient for the group?
- Advise which countries/cities you would like the group to visit.
- Length of stay (one week, two weeks...).
- Type of accommodation required (deluxe, first class or tourist
class hotels).
- Which meals would you like included (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- How many musical performances would you like arranged?
- The type of musical performance group you have (choir, band,
etc.)
What Will I Receive In Return For This Information?
Once we receive the necessary information, we will submit a complete
proposal to you. This proposal will include a complete itinerary
along with detailed terms, conditions and prices. All of our prices
are quoted NET, which means that any administrative or promotional
costs can be added to the tour price at your discretion. Also included
is one FREE traveling chaperone/staff
member for every 15 participants. If you wish to have more free
spaces for supervising staff, please let us know in advance, as
these can be prorated into the tour price.
How Do I Recruit The Group?
Recruiting high school bands, choirs, etc. is rather easy as the
promotion is made directly to the students of the respective musical
group. If necessary, we can provide you with a quantity of fliers
which can be handed out to promote the tour. In general, we recommend
promoting the group at least nine months prior to departure.
What About Payments?
Payments can be made directly to Value Holidays or to the school
or other organization promoting the tour. In the case of a school,
payments can be made payable to the school and dispersed to our
company as needed for various required deposits. More information
regarding this will be detailed in our terms and conditions information
included with our proposal.
