Deposits & Payments
At the time of booking a deposit of only $250 per person will reserve your seat at the Oberammergau Passion Play on the tour of your choice. A second deposit of $250 per person is required by August 01, 2009. If booking is made after that date, a total deposit of $500 per person is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. If reservation is made after the final payment date, the full tour price is due immediately. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.

Cancellations
Cancellation must be made in writing to Value Holidays. Cancellation up to Sept. 01, 2009 full refund of $250 deposit will be made less an administrative charge of $ 150.00. Cancellation after Sept. 01, 2009,  is subject to a $500 per person cancellation fee unless we can resell your Oberammergau Passion Play ticket. If resold, only a handling fee of $150 per person will be charged. Additional charges imposed by hotels or other suppliers may be assessed. Cancellation insurance is available at nominal rates.

Airline Reservations
Airfares from your departure city are available upon request.

Baggage & Porterage
Due to limited motorcoach capacity,transportation and porterage of one suitcase per person will be accepted. The organizers of the tour accept no liability for loss or damage to luggage, although maximum care will be taken to insure safe handling of your baggage. Insurance is strongly recommended.

Taxes
All local hotel taxes and service charges are included in our rates.  Departure taxes, security fees, custom inspection fees, fuel surcharges and other government taxes are additional and will be billed with the final invoice.

Exclusions
Expenses and items which are not covered include, but are not limited to, passport, visa fees, meals other than those stated, items outside table d’hote menus, beverage, laundry, dry cleaning, items of individual or personal nature, transportation to and from airports in the United States, gratuities to tour manager, local guides, coach driver, and excess baggage charges made by the airline.

Land Only Arrangements
For convenience and flexibility, all tour programs in this folder are available on a LAND ONLY basis. When the tour member is NOT travelling on Value Holidays group flight, tour services will commence at the first hotel and terminate at the last hotel on each itinerary.

Possible Changes in Itinerary
Due to unforseen changes in transportation schedules and other technical reasons we reserve the right to make changes in the listed itineraries. Final itineraries will be published before Sept. 01, 2009.

Oberammergau Clause
The performance will take place regardless of weather conditions.  All Oberammergau tickets will be of top category and accommodation will be in superior tourist class hotels.  In some exceptional cases accommodation will be provided in private homes, in which case a credit toward the tour price will be given.

Cost for the  Oberammergau Passion Play arrangements are based on our best estimate since prices are currently not established by the Passion Play committee. Adjustments may be necessary once final prices have been established. Once Passion Play performance tickets are confirmed it might become necessary to adjust/change listed itineraries to match the itinerary with the performance day.

Insurance
It is highly recommended that you protect your travel plans with baggage, flight and cancellation insurance. Details are available upon request from Value Holidays.

Tour Prices
All listed tour prices are based on foreign currency exchange rates and tariffs in effect January 2007. They may be subject to increase if such rates would change before departure. Listed tour prices are based on a minimum of 30 participants. All prices are based on double occupancy. Single supplements are available upon request. There is no guarantee for single room accommodations during the stay in Oberammergau.

Required Travel Documents
For U.S. citizens traveling between the U.S. and international destinations it is the traveler's responsibility to provide a current passport, valid for at least 6 month beyond the travel dates, as proper documentation. Failure to possess required documents may result in denied boarding. No refunds will be made if passengers are denied boarding. Non-U.S. citizens must contact the appropriate destination embassy or consulate for correct document requirements.

Responsibility
Services provided in connection with these itineraries are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of Value Holidays. In accepting these services you agree that Value Holidays shall not be liable for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property in connection with any transportation, accommodations, or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or condition beyond its control, including defects and breakdown of equipment, strikes, thefts, delays, changes in itinerary or schedules, etc. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours. Value Holidays shall not be responsible for any delays, substitutions of equipment, or any act by the airlines, their agents or their employees, and the participant waives any claim arising therefrom. The right of the participant is reserved to claim against the airlines. Anyone not utilizing any scheduled transportation is responsible for the cost of any substitute transportation. The number of days indicated for each itinerary starts with the day of scheduled departure and ends with the scheduled return arrival day and may vary due to transportation schedule changes. Value Holidays reserves the right to decline, to accept or to retain anyone as a passenger on its trip. Full or partial payment for a trip reservation constitutes agreement to all the provisions in this brochure. The terms of this agreement cannot be changed or amended, except in writing, signed by an authorized officer of Value Holidays.
