Sample Itinerary
Band Tour of Austria
DAY 1
Check in for your overnight flight to Munich
DAY 2
After arriving in Munich, transfer to Salzburg, Austria and the Hotel Auersperg. In the afternoon there will be a walking tour of Salzburg. Dinner will be in the hotel.
DAY 3
Morning Excursion to Badgastein. Enjoy a 3-course lunch in Badgastein. Evening concert in Grödig
DAY 4
At 11:30 a.m. the choir sings in Salzburg Cathedral. After lunch, transfer to Innsbruck, stopping at Rattenberg en route. Check into the Leipziger Hof Hotel. Dinner at hotel in Innsbruck followed by Tirolean Evening.
DAY 5
City tour of Innsbruck. Afternoon free. Concert in Innsbruck followed by dinner.
DAY 6
Skiing or excursion for non-skiers to Sterzing, Italy for shopping. Dinner in Neustift.
DAY 7
Depart hotel and drive to Neuschwanstein arriving at approximately. After tour of the castle and lunch, return by coach to Innsbruck with a stop at Oberammergau along the way. Arrive at the Innsbruck train station in time to catch your train to Vienna. You’ll enjoy a box dinner on the train. Arrive in Vienna and check into Hotel Wandl. Dinner in hotel.
DAY 8
City tour of Vienna. Afternoon free.
DAY 9
Morning free. Afternoon excursion to Vienna Woods, coffee and cakes in Mödling, chance to change clothes in Hotel Babenberger Hof, concert in Mödling, dinner in Babenberger Hof.
DAY 10
Free day in Vienna. Strauss Concert at 6:00 p.m. in Palais Auersperg followed by Gala Farewell dinner.
DAY 11
Depart your hotel for your return flight back to the USA
